At Kathmandu NZ, we want you to be fully equipped for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 60-day change-of-mind return policy for all Summit Club members and 30 days for non-members. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and proof of purchase provided.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are still attached.
Post Your Package
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any New Zealand Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
